You are horrible and I never want to do…

You are horrible and I never want to do business with you again . You also over charged me more than I have ever paid for the Geritol as well as adding another dollar for protection that I did not agree to . Always from other companies when I ordered four it was free shipping. You were also slow in shipping even after the high shipping fees. I’m thinking of reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as well as others. I would have been a life time buyer but after what you did I am through with you for a life time.

Dear customer About your question, we would like to make the following clarifications: 1) The shipping amount is determined by the weight of the package. Since your order HP424061 was for 4 units of Geritol, the shipping charge was calculated based on the 4 lbs of the box that required to be shipped 2) The Savedby package protection is an OPTIONAL service that you can remove form the final amount if you do not agree with that fee. If you were not able to removed, you could contact us by email or phone so we can assist you and remove it form your order. Unfortunately, we never receive any communication from you regarding this issue.3) The shipping charge is always displayed as standard shipping, which is the slowest shipping option. We also always show the entire purchase amount before requesting payment, allowing you to abort the checkout process at any moment if the total is incorrect or you dont agree to this. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping and we do not have any promotion on our website offering free shipping We also display on every product the ESTIMATED DATE OF SHIPPING as most of the product are shipped in 3-4 business days after placing the order.
