Herbspro is the only place I can find…
Herbspro is the only place I can find nose drops so inexpensive and it's delivered to my apartment within one week. I think they are a great company.

MISMANAGED DELIVERY

HERBSPROONLINE ORDER I PLACED I NEVER HAVE YET RECIEVED I NEED MY REFUND I DID REQUEST MY REFUND DUE TO DELIVERY DATES &DRLIVERY COMPANIES KEPT GETTING CHANGED FROM FEDEX YO USPS AS OF 06-01-18@9:57 AM. I STILL HAVE NOT RECOEVED MY ORDER DEBIT THRU MY BANK. PLEASE ASSIST USPS HARLINGEN TEXAS 78550. THESE WERE MEDICAL ITEMS ALSO. NEVER RECIEVED. 06-01-18@9:58AM. VERY POOR DELIVERY .

After looking at your order history, your order was shipped on 05/16/2018 by FedEx SmartPost with tracking # 61299998644522444124 and as per tracking your order was delivered on 06/05/2018. Late delivery was due to USPS, as they could not find a secured location to leave the package and hence they left a notice, informing to reschedule the delivery and also gave reminders. The reason behind this was, so that your package doesn't get lost or stolen. And Finally, Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 1:38 pm on June 5, 2018 in HARLINGEN, TX 78552. In this as a seller we are nowhere at fault and hence requesting you to please review your rating and rate us accordingly. Please accept our apology and hope we have resolved your issue so that it doesn't put you off from ordering with Herbspro again. Thanking You, Customer Service

Nice product, but poor (SLOW) shipping method from Herbspro
Nice product, but poor shipping method from Herbspro. With all of the available choices to shop online these days, Herbspro decides to use the SLOWEST shipping method for their customer's, in return to save a few bucks. Once I ordered from them, it took almost 8 business days for my item to arrive, which I thought was pretty ridiculous. I paid for the shipping, not them. I will not return to order from them Herbspro, there are plenty of other companies that will ship my items in a reasonable amount of time. I do not expect my order to arrive the next business day, but I think 3-5 business days is pretty reasonable, not 7-8 days.
