Good price on products, but very slow delivery time. It took 2 weeks to get my supplements.

Charged shipping on an order that qualified for free shipping, took nearly two weeks to ship, did not reply to multiple emails over two week period.

Bought Hepaforte from Herbspro for more than 10 years. Great services, good prices. Will continue to buy products from Herbspro again and again.

The peaceful patchouli bubble bath Ordered 2 bottles, tons of soap but the fragrance of patchouli that I love is barely there, I ended up adding patchouli oil to the bottle and that's ok but probably will look for a different choice next time.

I placed and order without realizing how long the shipping would take. I never received any email confirmation or tracking on the order so I was a bit blind. However my order was just some cosmetics and it came out to such a good price so it wasn’t a big deal. Anyway got my package after about two weeks, and one item was missing. The invoice had handwritten notes all over, and check marks next to the items, obviously showing what had been packed and what hadn’t. The item missing had no check. So quality assurance must have missed it. Called the customer service number and spoke to a man who said it was in the box. When I assured him it wasn’t, he offered a replacement. I asked if I would receive an email for that as I had not gotten the first one. He said yes. Never got one. I have also never received the replacement item nor a refund. Tried to call back customer service and was on hold for 20 mins, spoke to someone very briefly who then put me back on hold only to get hung up on. So not a very good experience as a customer. Products however are fantastic. Might think twice before ordering from them again though.

Glad they still carry this product. Walgreen's had quit carrying it. Always reliable fast service.

Have ordered before, but this time was not a good experience. Got email stating order shipped on 6/23, another email stating FedEx label created, so waited for delivery. After 5 days had not received any further information on delivery so called customer service and the person was rather rude in response to my question of expected delivery since I still had not heard anything about an estimated delivery date. The next day I received an email stating order was finally in route, which indicates to me that the order had not actually shipped. It would have been nice if the customer service rep had admitted that there was an error and the order would get out right away, not avoiding the issue. Thanks.
