Didn't realize the product I ordered…
Didn't realize the product I ordered would ship from halfway around the world and take over 3 weeks to get here. Still haven't received it yet.

Disappointing Customer Service
I had purchased from HerbsPro many times without any problems (although the shipping always takes longer than most online retailers) but the last purchase I made took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Because it was during the holidays I wasn't too concerned until UPS stopped updating the tracking info. Then an alert appeared saying that the USPS now had the package and it was forwarded to another state (possibly due to an incorrectly addressed mailing label). I sent an email to HerbsPro because I wasn't sure if the package was going back to them. They never responded. They also never responded when I opened a case on PayPal. I eventually got the package but I will not be ordering from them again.

I made a quite large order on 12/13/18
I made a quite large order on 12/13/18. It has still not been shipped almost 4 weeks later. I have been given the run around and every time I chat with them, they say the order will be shipped the next day, but then it is still not shipped. They charged my credit card the day I placed the order. I am now about to contact my credit card for a refund. This was my first order with Herbspro and it will definitely be my last. I will never order from them again.

My order took a min to arrive but since I received my order I'm in love with the soap I can see the difference in my skin already and I've only been using the soap since 01//04 I will be ordering more!

This is my second review
This is my second review! I will not recommend this company to anyone and may consider reportimg it to BBB. I received damaged products in July 2018 and placed my third call Jan 8, 2019!!!!!!! Everytime I have called I was reassured that my order would be shipped in 2-3 business days. The damged product was a bottle of lotion that came with clear packng tape over the plunger but the contents had leaked all over the other products leaving the bottle half empty. It had nothing else in the box for packing!!! It makes me wonder where the products are coming from.

My order has never arrived. I ordered it on Dec. 11, 2018. I've called customer service & the sales dept and my calls go straight to annoying music.
