The ordering process was pretty straightforward and easy but I haven't received it yet

Easy to shop but at checkout, I had no way of entering in my discount code.

Delayed order with no communication, horrible packaging, & my shipment arrived with damaged bottle). Good luck trying to reach someone in customer service - their chat is a vacant bit bucket and their phone queue sends you to hold music with no voice updates or indication if they are even staffed even though Im calling during business hours. I finally got someone on chat (after being asked to leave a message with my email address i waited and didn't disconnect) and they never introduced themselves, showed any concern for my issue or seemed to care in anyway. after making me wait and barely responding to chat, they asked me to call in. These people are a joke - I will never do business with them again. ----------------- Update 7/17/19 - BUYER BEWARE After 2 more terrible chat interactions and a dismissive rude phone call from someone in "customer service" this issue is finally closed. I am only updating this review because in spite of the fact I was treated terribly, I received a request from Herbspro today to remove my negative review in exchange for free product (the item that was damaged and refunded). I am quoting that message in part, "we noticed that you have put in a negative review on Google. As you know, negative feedback affects seller ratings and performance metrics, which is not at all mutually beneficial. Instead of using negative feedback as a tool of dispute, we request you to remove the negative feedback from our store and we would ship you a new bottle of [PRODUCT] at no cost." My response, in full: "Asking me to remove a negative review in exchange for free product is laughable. I didn't use the review as a way to dispute an issue - I did it as a warning to others considering doing business with you. Your customer service people were rude, dismissive, and impossible to get a hold of. Pull my chat transcripts, or my phone calls for proof of the terrible service I received all 3 times I was in contact with your company. I'm happy to share them if you dont have them - I absolutely kept copies. I had to threaten to flag the charge as a fraud with my bank before I could get someone to communicate with me, and even he was rude. The lack of care, empathy or concern for my issue is amplified by the fact I am a Director of Customer Support and would fire employees if they treated my customers the way I have been treated by your company. There has not been ONE communication - yours included - where anyone took responsibility or showed remorse for the terrible experience. Maybe instead of shelling out for free products, you should invest in training your employees how to actually provide quality customer care?

Arrived ahead of time as promised

Very easy to navigate.

The website was easy to navigate and I found my product without trouble. Checkout was a breeze and I received my order fairly quickly. Will definitely reorder from here when it's time to restock.

So far this has been an annoying experience. Ordered my item and have yet to receive it or get a tracking number to see where it's at. Click on confirmation emails and they go no where like a scam 😡!

Wonderful products and they came in good packaging. Wonderful and fast service. I am a happy customer.
