we were unable to find the band aid…
we were unable to find the band aid products locally: therefore we ordered what we wanted from Herbspro and received the products in less than a week.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERBSPRO! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I placed an order with Herbspro on November 6, 2019. I never received my order and emailed them about it. They replied and said that they had sent me a delay email but I never received such an email. They sent me links in the order confirmation email but the links did not work. I couldn't access my online Herbspro account. I have changed my password twice and I still cannot access my account. I sent several emails about these problems and no one responded. Something is very wrong here. Check out all of the bad reviews online. It has been 2 weeks and they just ignore my requests. Customer service is horrible, I can't access my account, they do not respond to my concerns and I have not received my order. Lucky for me I used PayPal to make this purchase. I filed a complaint with PayPal and within 2 days I received a full refund. Several days after that Herbspro finally responded to one of my old emails saying they had canceled my order and sent me a refund. They had no choice. I will never do business with this company again and I urge anyone to think twice before placing an order with them. Believe the bad reviews.

Where Is My Order???
Order placed in October. After a couple of weeks I called and was told the order should be here within three days. Shortly after that I get an email from Paypal stating a partial refund from HerbsPro due to items backorded. I don't even know the items that are being refunded because my bill was more than the refund. So here it is today, November 19, 2019, over a month ago when the order was placed and I STILL have not received anything from HerbsPro, nor have they bothered to contact me in any type of way. So I will give them another call today to see what's going on. This is very very poor customer service. This is my first time buying from HerbsPro and it will more than likely be my last!!!

Your order had been split into two separate sub orders, first part (No Rinse Body Bath (16 oz) has already been shipped and second part (Light Moisturizing Continuous Spray (Tropical Coconut 6 Oz (Kiss My Face) has been cancelled, due to unavailability of the product in our inventory. We have approved refund in response to the discrepancy. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note, (No Rinse Body Bath (16 oz) seems to have been lost in transit. I found the items I wanted easily on the HerbsPro website, placed the order and received the items in a reasonable time and a very reasonable price. I will use HerbsPro again when I need these items
