Terrible. Don't buy here
It took two weeks before I finally called to cancel. It took three calls to cancel. I was promised a refund. I still have no product and no refund. It's been almost a month. Update: customer service has only gotten worse. I still have neither my money nor the products I ordered. I wish i could give negative stars.

I give 3 stars because their price was the lowest I could find, but I had to threaten to cancel the order before they shipped it, otherwise who knows how long I would have waited.

SHOPPERS BEWARE
Worst customer service ive ever experienced placed order on october 31st a month later after trying to contact them multiple times finally got someone on live chat saying my order was lost and they would issue a full refund in a day or two, i even contacted the owner by email which i received no reply, i did not receive my order and still waiting on a refund, ID LIKE TO ADD ALSO they claimed my order was lost but according to tracking it was never shipped in the first place, wish i had read these reviews before placeing my order, but i placed mine through walmart.com they are a marketplace vender there.i am providing order number as requested 5761996-061154 this order was placed october 31/2019

Item ordered on 19 November ..
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of two small items that was ordered on November 19, 2019. The most recent delivery date promise was December 09th. The mail has come and gone and I still do not have delivery of my order. Most other companies I deal with have cut that time by a large percentage. 😕
