I ordered wild yam cream
I ordered wild yam crsa6. When I got ut it was VERY old. Yam cream is a nice scent. ANY cream has a distinctive smell when it's old. It smelled so bad that I couldn't stand it. I had to fly out that day and didnt have time to shower again. I use wild yam cream religiously. I asked for a refund but no reply. If this cream is so.old it reeked then I'd suggest wondering how old the rest of the vita6, herbs and creams were. Vitamin and herbs lose their strength the older they get. Creams get a terrible smell and lose their strength. I've now got to wait until a new order comes in from another company. I wouldn't give this a 1 star if I didnt have too. Burn me once I wont b bk to get burned again. I asked for an exchange with a NEWER cream or my money bk...no reply. WORD: dont sell old products...some of us know a lil bit of something.

I wasn't familiar with Herbspro, but decided to take a chance and ordered some hairspray that my husband likes, but is getting harder to find. Some reviews made me wonder about their service, but my order was confirmed, shipment was confirmed, and arrived within 10 days. I have no complaints and would recommend them.

Placed order 12 Jan 20. Email said Shipped 14 Jan 20. FedEx tracking shows package never left your warehouse. Customer service said you are out of stock. How do you post shipped if your out of stock. Why do you charge to credit card if you have not shipped order? Never again....

Stay away from this company unless you don't mind being lied to. Took 5 weeks to receive my order of tea bags...Customer service is virtually nonexistent, when they finally did contact me I was told my item shipped when in fact it hadn't. I will never order from this company again. I should have checked the reviews before ordering, they had many complaints at Better Business Bureau. NEVER AGAIN

Never again
They charged my card the day I ordered. After 15 days they notified me that the product was "out of stock with the manufacturer" (not true -- I can get it elsewhere). They probably meant they could not get it from their distributor, at least at the price they'd advertised. It took a couple more days to get my order cancelled. I am still waiting for a refund. "Customer service" was not very responsive. I was able to talk to someone by calling their main number and selecting "place an order" instead of "customer service". I don't know for sure, but it is my impression that they stock little or nothing, and order things only after they have received your order and charged your card.
