DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I PLACED AN ORDER ON THURSDAY, APRIL 2ND AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED W/ NO LUCK! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB!!

It’s getting close to a month now that I have not received my order. I do understand with the Covid Pandemic there would be some delays but I’ve called, emailed, chose the chat option on the website and no one replies. I’m sure it will be the same if I try to get a refund. Quick to take your money but slow to give you the product.

I placed my order at the beginning of April and was charged for my products the same day. After two weeks of not receiving my products I tried calling several times. I would wait and then be sent to a voicemail box. I did leave a message and never received a return call. I finally reached someone days later to be told my packed had been shipped. Now sixteen days later I still do not have my package. I called again I was told that FedEx lost the package and a new one would be shipped in a couple of days. I canceled my order and am waiting for my full refund.

HerbsPro...Omg! Ordered 1 MONTH AGO, have not received my order and not a word from them. I regret not checking their reviews initially but who checks up on a California supplement company? (Allegedly CA...Now I wonder where they are actually located, and where they get their supplements--something seems fishy. And, they could have "customer service" answering from anywhere). I ordered from 2 other supplement companies on the same day I ordered from HerbsPro. The other companies had the orders to me within 3-5 days. But 1 month later, still nothing from HerbsPro! People NEED their supplements and doing business like this is not feasible, certainly not customary. Based on what others indicate here, they are not responsive, and I may never receive my supplements. No excuse for them to not at least email advising of their major delays, out of stock, etc. I emailed them advising: "If HerbsPro is over 1 month behind on shipping, it needs to be clearly posted on your site." Again, something seems off and I will leave that there. *Disclaimer: The above is based on my personal experience and opinions, not conveyed as proven facts.

Oh, I how I wish I had read the multitude of complaints against this company: I would have realized that a leopard never changes its spots. I placed an order on 13 March 2020 and over seven weeks later I haven't received it. I have made several phone calls and sent the same number of emails trying to get help with my concern. There has been no response because it would have apparently have been too time-consuming. But there was surely plenty of time to take my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!

The company doesnt send emails on updates of shipments. It took me 4 days of calling and got kicked off due to holding to long. Sent a email to find out information and left a message to get a return call. But never heard back. Finally got ahold of someone. To find out my package was lost in transit. It should have been delivered days ago, since it was shipped around April 14, 2020. The rep I talked to, said he would reship it. Told him NO, I wanted my money back. Now waiting to see how long it takes to get my refund.

Placed order on 4/11/20. They immediately took my cc payment, over two weeks later not a word from them indicating order status despite my calls, emails, etc. Taking money with either not being able to fulfill order or no intention to do so is unethical & stealing.

I placed an order on April 6, 2020 and paid with PayPal. The order was supposed to arrive on April 15, 2020. Today is April 23 and I have yet to receive order. I've tried calling many times, hear that I'm #2 in line, wait some more, then I hear that the person at this extension is not available. Also wrote through PayPal, trying to reach seller to resolve problem but seller did not respond. Now going with an official complaint PayPal and BBB. If you check the reviews on line and read complaints for Herbspro on BBB site, not sending out orders and not responding to customers is their normal modus operandi. This company is a rip off! STAY AWAY!!
