Image of product was different from…
Image of product was different from what I received so I did not get what I ordered. I sent an email with picture and barcode for return and refund and have heard nothing since I called customer service and lines goes dead after a couple of minutes, This has happened multiple times. I just want to return and get refund, I guess I will have to dispute with my credit card and share their business practices I will not do business with this company again.

Product blocked by customs
My order was blocked by customs, and was autorized to return to you, but no one give me a response to get back the reimbursement. Order HP351435. It was herbal medicine to my dog, no a basic supplement. Is very sad to me thsi situacion.

I had cancelled this order the next day…
I had cancelled this order the next day but received the supplement anyway!!! also shipping took a long time Update.. today i was contacted by their Rep to modify my review for perhaps some sort of incentive which I declined and told them I've not opened it and marked it "return to sender order was cancelled" so I can drop off at a mailbox but she insisted that a new label should be sent by them to ship it back to get a refund! told her in their return policy it's said package can be refused and still get a refund so I'm rejecting it and sending it back...but Rep says package will not get sent back by USPS unless it has a paid return label! confusing! so how would a mailman send it back after a customer is home ( unlike most of us working) and refusing the package???!!! does not make sense....and that's why I've decided to send it back my way and update the review. does that mean no refund!

Dear Customer, We have not received any communication from you Phone/email for us to cancel the order.Inspite of no communication, as a part of good customer service we requested you to send the package with the prepaid label so that it gets returned to us and we can issue full refund. However, you to chose to do "Return to sender" which is also acceptable, however there are no tracking movements by USPS of returning the product or marked "Return to sender". In this case we can issue refund only once we receive the product back to our warehouse. We Apologize for inconvenience caused.Thanks Customer Service
