No one has helped me
They say they responded to me. No one has responded and even tried to help me find my package. I’m not even sure they sent the package. No one has gotten back to me about my lost package. I called 10 times. Several times the phone was not even answered. When it was he was not helpful and kept saying ok ok. We will see it’s been two weeks. I haven’t even gotten a single email that someone is working on my case. I’m disappointed and I will be submitting a complaint to the business bureau beachside you guys are a scam.

Dear customer As we explained you on the emails we exchange, the product you order was Percogesic Fast Acting Extra Strength Pain Relief Caplets 40 caplets By Percogesic, you did NOT order the product you mention PERCOGESIC BACKACHE RELIEF CAPLETS 48 CAPLETS, so we shipped the correct item. You even mention on one email "I thought I ordered the correct one "

Never again
I was sent the wrong item. Instead of correcting this, I had to mail back for my refund. Took a long time to receive via UPS. Return label USPS ground. They accidentally sent me wrong label first time; it was USPS priority with another customer's name.
Response from HerbsproAug 11, 2023
Dear customer As you mentioned we provide you the return label to sent back the product and we replied the email you sent the same day asking you for pictures of the wrong product. The way to correct a wrong item is sending a return label to return the item and issuing a full refund of the order once it arrives. We sorry for the inconvenience
