Dear customer Our system is configured to detect fraudulent orders when some payment method information cannot be verified. We tried to contact you a month ago, since you sent us an email on September 29 and we responded the same day asking for information, we have not received a response to that email. Then after reading your review, we contacted you again on October 16 via email and phone call, however, we could not get any response from you. Terrible Service
Worst company ever. Took to long to ship! And half of my order was not in stock!

Dear Customer Unfortunately, The product was OOS with manufacturer without ETA and we did not want to hold the order. Honest and helpful
My first and only order so far with Herbspro was excellent. It was a straightforward process and I got exactly what I wanted. A very small glitch was resolved in the best manner possible by Alejandra and I thoroughly enjoyed her excellent customer service skills, thoughtfulness and kind manner.

Received wrong product
11-7-2023. Vendor contracted me. Provided a credit for the product. Was extremely helpful in making things right. Received wrong product. Attempted to contact you via email, text and phone. No response from you!!!! Then you texted that correct product was delivered. Never got it! Bank is now involved to get so I can get my money back! Will never order from you again!

Dear Customer As we explained over the phone, the product was not incorrect, it is the new version of the package and the manufacturer decided to change the name from "Ultimate" to "Medicated". This information is also displayed on the manufacturer website. https://www.goldbond.com/en-us/products/diabetics-dry-skin-relief-foot We have also mentioned on our website a disclaimer mentioning:"It is our endeavor to obtain and present accurate product information however; we cannot guarantee or ensure the accuracy, totality or appropriateness of any product information" We understand that you were not satisfied with the purchase, so we provided you with a return label to return these items and on October 17 we refunded the full amount of the order.
