this is a great product. superb!!!

HelpWire is remote access software for IT teams and technicians providing support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Sessions start through a link: the remote user joins without creating an account or entering credentials, which reduces the coordination overhead. HelpWire sessions rely on direct peer-to-peer connections whenever possible, with relay fallback as a backup. For follow-up, unattended access lets technicians return to a device later without the remote user present, including after reboots.
HelpWire (helpwire.app) has 57 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.

Puedo comunicarme desde casa con mi maquina de la oficina sin restricciones. Incluso con pausas muy largas sigue activo el enlace y no tengo el temor de que se cierre la comunicación.

I use it mostly to manage my mom's Computer who lives abroad, as well as professionally with the rest of my family and friends. It is great for business, simple, and reliable. It doesn't time out which is a great feature. I will become a happy buyer of this product when the time comes. Can't be more thankful for this long freebie times. Onward HelpWire team!

I had a technical issue with connections to clients. I opened a ticket and I had a very fast and transparent communication for solving this problem.

With the latest app updates this app is amazing for driving legacy 16bit (even MS-DOS) apps running on older Windows hardware. Very useful to buy extra time for app migration strategies. I discovered that the following options make all the difference to having a great user experience: 1) for16bit & MS-DOS apps - Grant Admin Access, 2) Settings ... Prioritize Fast Connection, 3) Settings ... play with Screen Height/Width options 4) Disable Chat window if not needed.

Windows GREAT, Linux OK, MacOS not tried. They are getting there and directly competing with some big players. I'm sure that I'll get billed soon, but while it's free and considering RDP is being deprecated, this is an AWESOME program. Everywhere I go, I have access to all client machines and cuts support time by magnitudes! You may not buy, but you lose nothing to try...
