Absolute trash. They NEVER RESPOND MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE ON ANY APP. NO SOLUTIONS BC THEY DONT ANSWER. I would never use company, let alone pay them to ruin my app’s reputation for decent support services. Cant wait to hear they’re going out of business.

I had an issue with tapjoy and submitted a customer support ticket. Gave them screenshots of my issue. It was clear from the start that it was an ai program. When my issue was “passed on to an agent”, it got worse in my opinion. There was no actual communication done, just an automated response. Didn’t answer my question or resolve my issue. And then proceeded to close out my ticket twice. I guess I’m grateful that it was just involving a game and no real money was involved. I will think twice before involving myself with any business that uses helpshift. It’s one thing to use ai for initial contact and basic questions, but to have automated responses from the alleged actual human agents is maddening and a horrible business practice.

Great for the companies im sure, unresponsive ai bots and a phone number that goes nowhere, thats a terrible sign. I play phone games and every time I have an issue it takes me to an AI controlled by this company and the AI doesnt respond. Called their number, no answer no machine nothing just dead. So screw these guys honestly.

The CRM is extremely inefficient, and its functionality has only declined since the Keywords acquisition. Additionally, the work environment is toxic, with employees displaying arrogance and a bullying mentality, big EGO of their management play a huge role

Terrible. I bought an in-app purchase for a game and did not receive it. Via the game, I contacted helpshift multiple times and heard nothing back. They did not fix my issue at all and I was charged for nothing.
