This bulletproof backpack has been with me for about 3 weeks and the build quality is quite good. It is a normal-looking bag but it can be converted into a vest in case it is needed. The only downside to it is that it is rather heavy, but it is 7.5 pounds and that's a fair tradeoff.

In January 2023 I went to Ukraine to join the International Legion of Ukraine, I fought in and around Bakhmut and used my old British army helmet. Sadly when my unit was retreating from the city my Helmet was hit by Russian shrapnel, I obviously lived, but the helmet couldn't be used again. I returned to the UK for a break and in that time bought a replacement helmet from HelmetBro, I messaged them and asked if their helmets were legit and told them about my service in Ukraine. They promised me that I could rest assured their helmet was real, and despite it not looking right to me when it arrived, I took them at their word. Later, in July 2023, in the Serebryansky Forest, Eastern Ukraine, the Russians were assaulting in human waves, during their 7th assault wave, I was defending our trench with a belt fed PKM, when a bullet seemed to hit my weapon, and break into pieces, one tiny piece hit me in the chin rode my jaw bone and came out just under my ear and the biggest chunk hit my helmet, and despite the fact it had already hit something, broken up, and slowed down massively, the bullet fragment cut through the HelmetBro helmet as if it was butter and took a gouge out of my head, the helmet was utterly useless and might as well not have been there! If that bullet had of hit my helmet instead of the gun, it would have cut through the helmet, into my brain, and straight out of the back!! It was a complete scam that nearly cost me my life! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIR HELMETS ARE FAKE! Since writing my review, HelmetBro has responded to it, but I cant figure out how to reply to their response, so I will put it here: I will not put my email address here in a public domain but the order number was Order No. HB200005279 and my first name is David and my surname begins with a W. Please do not call me a liar, I have just checked and I have the emails saying that the Helmet was real, there was a later email saying to send it back if I wasn't happy but I didn't see that until today.

Company is based in China and claims that their products are NIJ certified but on the actual NIJ website they are not listed. Furthermore when questioned about this they provide a questionable report dated 2019 from "Oregon labs" and does not dispute that they are not actually certified but claims that their items are "a product with comparable performance but extremely high cost-effectiveness"

I wanted to cancel my order. But when I tried to email the company, I got a "Address Not Found" notification. That's sketchy AF. I'm disputing the charge with my financial institution. Edit: I was able to cancel my order and received a refund after using a different email address. Still wouldn't trust this website. Too many negative reviews. I believe you don't want to complicate things further, right? They just emailed me a Pic of my apartment building. These people are out of their minds.

Awesome website! Very high quality gear, fast shipping and amazing customer service. I even made a mistake on a review on the website and they immediately reached out to change it. I will be ordering another helmet soon!

I purchased a Helmet that was supposed to be a Ops-Core Fast NIJ level IV (that should have been my first clue they are fake Gentex Corp only rates too level IIIA) So i decided to test it with 9mm and clean in one side out the other.

there is no way that this level 4 will stop a pistol bullet and they say that it can stop a rifle bullet haha it just some cheap thin plastic on a video on youtube they dont even cut the vest open and they dont show penetration on Mannequin they say its level 4 but only shoot it with a pistol everything is super fishy Replying to your reply (yes i also find out a lot about you, i know your supplier i know how much you paid from 70£ to a 130£ i know that if anyone want to get your product they can just go to website called made in china and look for wuxi newtech or just type full body armour green and have it cheaper that video on yt is fake and shows different plates not the one in the vest the balistic test are made and approved for plate from mil-tech and not that vest and not for that website (which is illegal) don’t start start with me

The products sold here are, in our experience, unreliable, low-quality imitations—not authentic, certified gear capable of providing protection. We purchased an item advertised as an "NIJ Certified Level III helmet" for independent evaluation. The results of our testing were alarming and definitive: a standard .22 LR round fired from a handgun was able to penetrate the helmet with virtually no resistance. This performance suggests the material offers little more than superficial structural integrity. Do not entrust your safety to these purported protective measures. Their claims of certification and effectiveness appear to be utterly unfounded. Buyer, be warned: these items are not suitable for their intended life-saving purpose.
