I placed an order on April 18; 3 days later part of the order was ready at the pharmacy where I had to pay again. The second part of my order arrived on May 2. I might as well have gone to my doctor or urgent care.

Wisp lists the White Bird Clinic in Oregon as a pharmacy, but the clinic says they are not a pharmacy. So I could not get my medicine. Despite repeated emails today, I did not get a response from WISP. It would be helpful if there were a telephone/agent to discuss such problems with. WISP now has my money, but I do not have my medicine.

I wasn't given a prescription for a uti. She more or less said I was too old and should see my doctor.

I had to contact the company three times in four days before the doctor finally messaged me and would not prescribe the antibiotic I was requesting but had no problem taking the $39.00 they charged me, this website is a scam in my opinion

Used Hellowisp in Feb 2024 and had my meds within 8 hours--worked great!! This time, they couldn't get their heads out of their butts and after MANY, MANY EMAILS, I FINALLY GOT THIS SAME PRESCRIPTION 5 DAYS LATER!! Never received any reason for this delay, only an "Oopsie, we're sorry." Yeah, well I'm sorry I used your company & probably won't ever again. STOP PLAYING WITH SICK PEOPLE'S HEALTH!!

When placing my order I tried to make sure that I read all of the fine print but apparently I did not. Wisp will charge you almost $50 just to place your order. So I paid $50 for the Ella pill, and then $45 for the actual pill itself at my pharmacy. This is my fault For not reading the fine print thoroughly but it's very disappointing.

this is probably one of the most worst websites I have ever used. They stole $197 from me. Don’t ever use the site. I just wanted some medicine and they kept prescribing for some reason, anti-itch cream and birth control. I needed UTI medication. I’ve been going back-and-forth emailing with them and they’re still asking me for $65 for it. I already spent $197. Why the hell would I need to pay you guys an extra $65?.

I had to place two orders and they STILL got them wrong. Needed the antibiotics to be sent to my local pharmacy and they kept sending to their mail order pharmacy.
