I tried to get a prescription, the filling of which was time sensitive, but my pharmacy never received it. I reached out to support twice and they said that they had sent it, but still my pharmacy did not receive the order. Unfortunately, I needed the prescription within a certain number of days and it did not come through in that time frame. No phone number or any way for me to reach out except via email and obviously things were not taken care of that way. I was able to find another way to get the meds I needed, thankfully, but wouldn’t personally go this route again.

24 hours ago I paid wisp $65 to get a prescription for a UTI. I have yet to have it filled. Please tell me what the holdup is? I went to the pharmacy and it wasn’t there. To say I’m grossly frustrated is an understatement. Had I known this would take more than 24 hours I would have opted for a more affordable virtual care appointment for same day. I am extremely uncomfortable and my symptoms have progressed. I have yet to experience a delay in care such as this for a service that claims to be convenient and fast. Do I need to make arrangements for a virtual care appointment in the future?

They don't make it clear that the ASAP option is going to extort you. The price on the medication's page isn't the actual cost of the medication, its just for the consult which is funny bc it doesnt say that anywhere on the first page. its only later when they hit you with promos and ads for new products that the fine print says the ACTUAL medication will cost the full amount (in my case $70).

Wisp sends me Spam texts constantly. Very frustrating

They do not tell you that the money you pay for birth control to be picked up at the pharmacy will cost upwards of 150$ and the discount code they provide you is not valid at some pharmacies. This was a waste of time and money. Waiting for a refund as we speak.

It’s too bad that I’ll never know if these are quality products. Your ads are so insulting to women that I wouldn’t spend a penny with your company. Do you really need to have a woman dressed like a man to mansplain things to me? Disgusting and demeaning. Surely you can do better than this.

I have had enough UTIs in my life to know when one is occurring..I basically paid 58 dollars to be told to go to a instacare..thanks for nothing..I would be careful trusting this site..I was ripped off

The process of getting medication took 2 full weeks. The order was approved by a doctor quickly and then when I asked why it hadn't shipped 3 days later they told me they were waiting for a doctor approval. The one bright spot came at the 1 week mark when I finally reached a customer service agent that offered to have part of the order sent to a local pharmacy since I was leaving for a trip. That process still took 2 days, but I, at least, had the hormone portion of my order in time. We left for our trip, and the remainder of the order was finally delivered the following day. 2 weeks when they advertised 3-5 days is not acceptable.
