Took too long. Wrong date but i was required to take a test even though i knew what the issue was. After getting the results back that confirmed what i told them… It took entirely too long to get the prescription for it.

I gave this one a try but unfortunately, it did not do anything for me!!

The communication is inconsistent and long waiting period in the provider room with no update is a bad patient experience. I place an order with no additional assistance from a provider. I received the link for a video visit with a provider no one showed up on day 1 or 2. The prices have increased but the patient experience has decreased. Their are other apps such as this one who treat patients better.

False Advertising- saw instagram add about the Zofran prescription. Been taking it for years, but signed up and was immediately given a - “we can’t help, you go see your in person doctor”. I was not even. Able to have my consultation. Just another website people can yet again treat women like crap, and deny them medical care.

Wait times was over two weeks after sending kit back and it was still not processed. 3-5 days wasn’t true.

This is a scam. They just want you to buy their products, but they won’t get you the Birth control. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was run by the alt right in order to make sure women don’t get BC they need. I’d doubt they are even sending the right things. Pathetic and gross!

Sorry to report but I got an email (and my hopes up) that my order was confirmed. Luckily I paid to do this with another company in case one didn't come through. Unfortunately I received nothing after the fact and two days later sent a message to WISP asking for a refund. The other company that I reached out to had a prescription at the local pharmacy within 3 hours of payment.
