Took a day and a half to get an antibiotic that wasn't the right one for the uti i had. Then when I asked for a different and hopefully the right antibiotic for the SAME infection and appointment I'd already paid for they wanted to charge me another 60 something bucks. THEN they proceeded to tell me the reason I still had my uti was because "you didn't finish your medication". (Of course I've taken all of my antibiotic). Imagine trying to gaslight someone over an app. What a joke .

im extremely worried about my health and about to go to the doctors. i took the pill the first 2 rounds may 29th. i had to stop because for the rest of that day and the next two days i had severe upper abdomen pain. i couldn’t poo, and i felt sick for days. eventually it let up and june first as expected i started my period. the problem here is it’s june 15th and i’m still going through tampons bleeding and just woke up with blood on my bed. this should NOT be happening to me right now and it’s because the pill messed me up.

The omg cream did nothing at all for me ..I just wasted my money..and they say they can't do nothing about it if it didn't work 😒

Waiting over 10 hours for a response from the provider is ridiculous. Especially when the medication is supposed to be taken every 8 hours.

I had no problem with wisp, and used it successfully for a couple years actually. However, for my recent shipment, I was told that all of the sudden, the policy is that I must speak to a telehealth provider online, before I receive my prescriptions. I received a text giving me a link to login and wait for a provider to join the call. I did so, and on more than 5 different occasions waited for over 20 minutes for someone to join. Nothing. Ever. Happened. (Despite the giant green button telling me that providers were available) I have been waiting for over a month now for this to be resolved and have started to struggle physically without any medication. They refuse to put my order through, so I cancelled all of my prescriptions. Horrible customer service. Just horrible. Can’t speak to a single human. Never using again.

What a freaking joke! $65 for 2 generic pills that is about 40 cents each. We all know that Healthcare in the US is daylight robbery, but this is quite unbelievable even by those standards.

It took too long for a response from my initial request for testing.(4days) And after getting results I’m waiting for a response still on treatment. 2 days so far. I could’ve went to my local urgent care and been half way through treatment by now. I was looking for a fast, convenient way without having to take time off. Never again.
