At first, everything was fine. Then I got charged for multiple subscriptions, I never received a response for the 10+ messages I sent as an initial message and follow ups. This is one of the worst Telehealth services I’ve ever used.

I am on day 4 without medication because the medication I am on is on backorder via the manufacturer. I have explained this to Wisp multiple times and asked that they please come up with another option. There are absolutely other alternatives/combinations for the prescription I have. A doctor has yet to review my messaged for 4 days now and they keep replying that they can send my script to another pharmacy even though every pharmacy is out, even amazon because once again-it's on backorder via manufacturer. I am having severe symptoms and they will not help me. I keep getting a customer service response instead of a doctor even after requesting a doctor review multiple times.

I chose this after using Musely hair reduction cream which gave me good results but since this is supposed to be twice as strong I thought “why not?” Within a few weeks my hair grew back!! The formula was thin and almost oily. I finally gave up and went back to my Musely. I’m trying to get my money back. What a waste

as of writing this, i am STILL waiting to hear back from someone about my prescription. the service is GREAT if you do not want any recommendations or give any input on YOUR choices. they just take your money and you get nothing. then you basically are going to have to go to the doctor anyway. have been using this service for years, now.....not sure if i need to start looking elsewhere. ALSO NOTE: be sure to check out all the canned responses to every non 4 or 5 star review. There is no point to reach out, it's bots on the site, and equally, no one resolves your issue when you email.
