App stuck on order screen. Telling me to complete order but not telling me how. Charged my card but will not send prescription.

Someone has been using my account and received meds at local pharmacy. I cannot take the meds prescribed and have never sought treatment for this issue. Please help by contacting me.

Poor customer service. Can’t reach them at all. Sent my medication to a pharmacy that doesn’t exist. Waste my time and money. I am requesting a refund but no one can be reached at this terrible company.

I was told I didn’t meet the doctors criteria for the treatment. When asking for further clarification they said they couldn’t provide it. I had previously been charged without screening. From what I have seen this site appears to be a scam!

Failure to meet demands. They do not listen to medical needs. They fail to meet requirements.

I was having symptoms of a UTI and didn't want to wait a week to be seen at the clinic. I balked a bit at the price but okay, you're paying for the convenience. The medication notes said to let your provider know if symptoms don't improve after 3 days on the antibiotic they prescribed. After 3 days I was not seeing much if any improvement in symptoms so I messaged the doctor. I was promised to receive a reply within 24 hours. Problem 1: It took 26 hours to receive a reply. Okay fine, close enough, even though I'm sitting here in discomfort checking every hour waiting for the response (the initial consult only took a couple hours for the prescription to go through even though they said it could be up to 24, so I was expecting it to be less again). The doctor offered to prescribe a different antibiotic. I agreed and then Problem 2. received a message from someone else asking me to authorize another $65 charge! If you go to a doctor, pay your copay for the appointment, and then the medication they prescribed DOES NOT WORK AND YOU ARE STILL SUFFERING, they don't charge another copay just to put in another prescription! That's ridiculous! Stay far away, they don't care about your health, just money I did not even mention this so-called doctor misspelled the name of the medication he prescribed. Oy.

Charged me for zofran, cancelled the order without notice or explanation and did not refund my money.

If you have ANY pre existing health conditions, such as chronic headaches or migraines, they will refuse you birth control and tell you to see a doctor in person. Even though the point of women using these kinds of services is because we can't afford the insurance to go to see a real doctor.
