I’m only giving one star because ZERO isn’t an option. DO NOT RECOMMEND The provider didn’t communicate that she didn’t agree with my self-assessment / medication request and sent a nausea RX to the pharmacy. I did not request nor did I complain about nausea. I followed up before I got the message that my “visit” was over and nobody responded. Finally, Customer service says I’m not eligible for a refund even though the requested medication was never sent. This is very insulting

Impossible to speak to a person. The email support service is ineffective, which is terrible when you’re essentially a medical service.

I needed medication and have always had immediate responses from the site. This one however took 12 hrs and I had gotten so much worse within 30 mins of requesting a medication that I went to the ER and for the meds I needed (which I was trying to avoid because it’s more expensive). Within less than a hour of my wisp request (it was processing and not completed) I asked for it to be cancelled so I would not be charged. They charged me anyway and I couldn’t even get the medication I paid for because I’d already been prescribed the same med by the ER so I paid double what I needed because wisp refused to cancel my order or give me a refund. They have horrible customer service and I will never use them again if this is how they run their business.

I want to increase my sexual experience not burn my f***ing vagina. Smells like Toothpaste, consistency of Toothpaste and makes your vagina burn like firey hell like you have some disease. Washed off and had me walking funny couple hours after. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

I was not able to get my medications because the pharmacy I requested to have it send to had a power outage. I tried calling, emailing and texting the help lines multiple times and I got no help whatsoever. It was as if nobody was there to talk to me. I had a terrible experience, and I won't be purchasing from Wisp again.

Horrible. If you are going to refer to doctors for everything what's the purpose of your "service"

I’ve used Wisp many times before, and have always had quick service. So I placed an order for UTI med recently, thinking it would be faster than an urgent care visit. However, this time, it took them a full week to send my RX to the pharmacy. (Placed order on a Wednesday, all forms and questionnaires completed same day, and they sent my RX to the pharmacy the following Wednesday) I messaged them to ask if there were any issues or questions I could help clarify the Friday after I placed the order, and was told ‘no, and they’d push to the clinical team.’ For other meds, I can understand a small wait, but for some RXs - like an antibiotic for a UTI - I’d expect a faster turn around. I’d be wary about placing an order for a time sensitive RX (like a morning after pill) going forward.

Be careful about the way it’s show stock. The value of the cost not about medicine it’s only for the processing charge. Scam. Better use your insurance way off less cost. All their website information is very tricky and wording are very carefully crafted.
