Please do not go this route. I thought it would be fast and efficient but an urgent care and hospital visit later I ended up spending more money and being more sick all because of their shady practice. They prescribed an ineffective antibiotic and my UTI turned into a full blown kidney infection. They also prescribed a pain med that gave me non infective meningitis. Just stay away. It’s sad that they capitalize off of people’s pain and desire for relief just to lead them astray and make them suffer even more. I am telling EVERYONE I know NEVER to use this service.

My NP was great. However, when they called my meds into the pharmacy they entered my birth year wrong which delayed me getting them by over 48 hours. Very frustrating.

If I could put zero stars I would. I’m still waiting on a refund that I haven’t gotten. Wasn’t able to ever pick up my prescription and I’ve already wasted too much of my time I don’t recommend just go to a physical location where you know you will get your medications with no issues or added delays.

I told the nurse , I knew what I was talkin about and she inclined to tell me otherwise. I was suppose to go out of town. She neglected me waaaayyyy over due. I want a refund immediately. I went to call on doc there fast and reliable few dollars extra but it’s better to have then wait and be neglected!! Do not use!

Same day pick up is not accurate. I ordered pick up in the morning and it’s after 5pm and still not available. I’ve never had this problem with Nurx or PPDirect. Will never be using wisp again.

I purchased the "honeymoon" pill for my upcoming trip with my husband and decided to go the pharmacy route but I have been trying to pick up the extra for 4days with no luck so now my purchase was for nothing because I will not have the item in time for my trip. I recommend having it shipped instead wish I would've taken that route.

Horrible experience. The website says same day prescriptions, within 3 hours. Nope. I contacted this site around 8:00 a.m. still had not gotten my prescription sent to the pharmacy at 5:00 pm. I gave up trying to contact support. Literally HOURS to get a form email response. I got the same form three times. There are lots of these online UTI treatment sites. This is one of the most expensive and the least responsive to patients.

Terrible communication and lack of customer service. It has been well over 24 hours and I have not received a response from the medicinal team. I recommend using a more reliable source
