I was charged $101.00 this morning.I have never ordered from your company and didn't even know that you existed.This looks like fraud to me.How can I find out who is connected to this order?

If I could give a zero, I would do so. This company seems like a scam and operates without transparency. I’ve been charged for months and have never even seen this website until I started reviewing my credit card charges. After trying to get in contact with customer service, I have spent multiple days, a variety of emails, and calls where they’re asking for personal information such as birth dates, asking me to open my banking statement, CC number, etc. I don’t believe this is an honorable company and at the very minimum their customer support is minimal and not helpful. I now have to go to my bank to launch an investigation.

They refused me a refund when I am literally pregnant and haven't used their service in months. I canceled the card I originally used to purchase BC on the website; why do they have my banking information 4 months later?! Look up more about this shady company and do not order from them.

After I submitted payment for my purchase, they charged my credit card and afterward required me to download my state ID or driver's license They should have informed me at the outset of all required information and documentation in order to process my order. I would never have have given that level of my personal information. They have charged credit card yet and have not sent the product and refuse to refund my credit card.

The service was actually great. Fast and efficient. My credit card was stolen directly after.

Misleading communications. Ads claim same same-day, and then when you go through the process to get a prescription it says 24 hours when you need antibiotics urgently, waiting a whole day refutes the whole purpose of finding online care faster. I emailed the support and got a reply that someone will help me within one business day. I asked to cancel the order because there are other services where you get help right away. They told me I could not get my money back. If I could give negative stars I would.

Still had to pay $60 at the pharmacy. If I paid Wisp why am I being double charged?

I had a very bad reaction to the delay-your-period pills. I experienced nearly all the symptoms—severe dizziness, major bloating, and brain fog. My body did not respond well to this at all. I have a regular menstrual cycle and take great care of my body. I’ve worked hard to balance my hormones naturally over the years. I tried this out of desperation, against my better judgment, and ended up paying for it in the long run. This is a synthetic hormone, ladies. NOTHING about taking something synthetic is good for your body. It should not be in your body. You don’t even know what’s happening internally to confirm if taking a synthetic hormone at this level is truly safe. Sure, having your period during certain events isn’t ideal. But the way to make it better is to regulate your hormones naturally so that your period is lighter and less painful. You can do this with natural supplements, minerals, and vitamins—not this pharmaceutical garbage. I wouldn’t be surprised if this drug causes Alzheimer’s or major gut issues down the line. My gut was severely impacted, and I didn’t feel well mentally either, and I was only on it for three days. When your body gives you symptoms, take it as a blessing; it’s telling you something isn’t right. If it doesn’t, then it’s up to you to do the work to know what’s good or bad because your body may not always be so blunt. Stay safe. Lastly I really don’t like that the website only shows positive reviews. That alone is a red flag & I highly doubt others have not experienced similar symptoms
