They wrote the prescription I needed but the provider was not licensed in my state so the pharmacy can’t fill it. Issue was never resolved despite paying them. Never received medication I needed.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I received confirmation that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy did not receive it. I contact Wisp through the only email provided and have to wait 24 hours for a response. It would be nice to have a phone number to call. 24 hours just to get a response is unacceptable when you’re sick and needing medication ASAP.

Had to pay a extra $50 at the pharmacy for my prescription. Prescription is not paid for by wisp. Also the discount card only took off 1 cent

No prescription when trying to collect at the pharmacy. Also there is no contact number for Wisp and they take 1 business day to reply via email. Way too slow, needed medication on Friday, still don't have it on Tuesday and no response.

I actually placed and order this morning it was $90 with subscription 67.50 at check out, I went back to the account and they said I didn't order anything so my money was pretty much stolen!! This app is a ripoff!! I want my money back!

I was charged 39$ online then another 30$ at pickup and that’s not something they inform you when you purchase and I’m not even sure if the product will work and the pharmacy did not accept my insurance
