Took way too long. Thought it would be same day. Plus I paid all that money because I thought it was the price of the medication only to have to Pay at the pharmacy. Definitely much cheaper to go to urgent care and get same day meds.

I can’t get insurance preapproval so the medication is 500$ because wisp doctors will not the phone call.

It was easy process but not worth the amount. Paid since it still made me paid extra money at the pharmacy. It does say you may pay extra at the pharmacy in the receipt after you paid with Wisp. I think it should have that when you are checking out so we don’t look like fools at the pharmacy and don’t have it in fine print on the bottom of the receipt

They didnt approve any antibiotics. The ph balancing wipes kinda burn and harsh. Also the overwhelming amount of texts/emails was just absurd and annoying. They literally use multiple numbers to text you. I blocked everything and thats my first and last time ordering from wisp.

I just want to cancel my order!!! I reached out to their support and they sent me the same exact email more than once clearly not reading my response. I dont want to share confidential information via email! and come on! "Karmi Jenner"? Obviously a fake name!

Filling the details is easy but should have mentioned clearly that if we choose to pickup prescription from local pharmacy then they would charge again (atleast the copay, additional to what we pay here on wisp). Also, it was my first time filling prescription at a local pharmacy and they said they don't fill my prescription and have to transfer it to another pharmacy myself or have wisp send it to another local pharmacy. When I contacted wisp about it- they just said call your local pharmacy and they’ll handle everything. I was able to figure out but the instructions were not clear. I thought pickup option would be lot sooner since I was in a hurry but it took me 4 days (I filled forms and payment on 14th July and got my pills on 17th July2025). I don’t think I’ll use wisp again.

Purchased the prescription online, went to go pick it up and I had to basically pay double/ out of pocket after I thought I paid for it already online. But the pharmacy charges the same amount in order to buy it as well

Setting up and verify account on a smart phone was not easy at all. I had actually get on a laptop and finish the verification. I paid $96 dollars on the app and another $85 at the pharmacy for the actual RX. Not sure why I paid the first $95, never saw a doctor. Almost $200 dollars for a one time RX. I Won't be using this service again.
