Terrible policies and slow lacking customer service. I placed an order for medication for delivery after the order was placed they provided delivery time of 3 to 5 business days which was unacceptable. I immediately contacted them and asked to send the prescription to my local pharmacy which they have done for my previous orders and they refused and wouldn’t offer to expedite as I was going out of town and didn’t want medication sitting in my mailbox baking in the summer heat for a week. They offered no solution other than sorry.

Am trying to cancel all info given to this website. Website is awful! Don't even start with Wisp!

CVS pharmacy said this is a scam because I paid for the medication through wisp but they run it through the insurance on file and it was free.

I told them I needed name brand Zofran ODT since I tried it a while back and it worked great with my system. No side effects all the benefits where the Ondansetron ODT made me extremely tired. They siflde that would be no problem during chat before ordering and willing to write DAW (Dispense as Written) on prescription. I paid twice, they sent generic Ondansetron ODT twice. After talking to pharmacy and more research online Zofran ODT has been discontinued in USA since 2023. Instead of tell me that they took my money and sent me medicine they knew would make me sick. Horrible don't use.

I used Wisp for birth control in 2023, but cancelled my prescription back then because I found out I am basically allergic to birth control. This morning I was checking my bank account and saw that they had charged me for a 3 month prescription I did not authorize. No email. No text. No doctor consultation. Just a charge on my bank account. I chatted with their customer service, who did cancel the charge, but they never did tell me WHY they charged me. I went to reddit to see if anyone had this experience and found out this is an ongoing problem, you cannot easily delete your account with them and that people were finding trustpilot reviews in their name that they did not write. I had to come and make sure that you got a REAL review from the REAL me. If I delete my account, and they charge me again, how am I supposed to cancel the charge through them? Guess I'm talking to my bank today. ZERO stars.

They claim they sent my prescription to the pharmacy twice, but the pharmacy claims to not have received it. There is no option to call in, you have to email and their responses often do not address your concerns. I paid for same day service and 36 hours later I still have nothing.

Can't use doctors out of state with insurance waste of money better off going to community clinic getting services for free.

I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and wait times as it relates to the beginning of this process up until this point. You falsely advertised that wait time would be 2-3 days after product return and it took exactly 23 days for me to receive answers and then an additional week to receive any prescription that was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I had to sort out. This has been a very unpleasant experience. Even 1 star is too much.
