The process was easy from start to finish. I felt well informed and not overwhelmed by the communication involved. Glad to have a option to solve a “feminine health issue” that doesn’t involve hours of scheduling, driving to the doctors, etc! Great experience!

I’m so grateful for this Wisp! Not having insurance can be really hard on ones reproductive health. Getting something as common as a uti can be painful and expensive. Ive ordered antibiotics a couple of times and it’s always affordable and fast. Even if I did have insurance I would still probably use wisp because of how fast and convenient it is.

The process was quick and simple. Received my prescription from a local pharmacy in a matter of hours.

It was simple to get the meds I needed. I have insurance but no time to go to the doctor’s office so WISP was a huge help. Since this was for something I’ve had to treat before, I felt confident and comfortable with their determination of what was needed after providing my symptoms. (Side note: the glass jar my meds came in was fantastic. Just needed to clean it out and it was easily repurposed). My only “gripe” is that it took a bit longer to arrive than expected. I saw my tracking had no activity for several days, otherwise, I will gladly go with WISP again and have already recommended their service to others.
