The first doctor I had was rude and then disappeared. The second doctor was wonderful. However, I had a reaction to the antibiotics provided, and when I contacted them for assistance, nobody wrote me back.

I noticed on my bank account I had been charged $15. Unknowingly what it was, I went searching. In an old email (that I havent monitored in years) and attached to a phone number I no longer have (as I am now no longer in America) I found that they have been charging me $15 every 3 months for 2+ years. I emailed them asking for a refund and was willing to provide anything needed but their customer service is terrible and has no heart. What is $90 to them? They couldnt even refund the one that they charged today. What a terrible company to have zero heart. Ugh

I had the early symptoms of a bladder infection. (had another 6 mos ago.) Tried to order the same medication and was told to go see a doctor. I believe it was due to my age(75), Spent much time bouncing around their website's haphazard requirements....even gave a credit card. Then was told to go see a doctor. (refund within 10 days)! Can only assume it is my age. I won't be a customer ever again.

Worst experience with a company ever. Ordered a prescription, it was apparently sent to the pharmacy....I go to pick it up and they say they do NOT have it but customer support insists they do and then deny me a refund after a total mess. DO NOT USE WISP!!!! use any other service than wisp.

Did not get the item. I have issued a refund and didn't get a response on the status.

I paid for the prescription$39 and my pharmacy charged me another $35. They should inform customers ahead of time about the copayment. Very misleading.

This was a horrible Experience. I paid extra money for asap treatment. They didn’t even. Bother to get back to me u til 5 hours later. Refused to stay in the portal to have a professional conversation. I would immediately reply, and they would not reply for hours. It took over a day to have one full conversation. Then they refused to call in my antibiotics, and tried to hustle me into a consult to get more money when I was closely working w my private family doctor about a situation where we knew what was going on. They also charged me 3 times and customer service was useless and refused to refund me and I ended up having to call my bank and report fraud. I HATE this website. Don’t even bother.
