Was unable to get the medication that was prescribed to me through my pharmacy. Would not give me a refund.

only one medication was overnighted to the pharmacy while 2 other parts of the medication are taking 2 weeks to be delivered. terrible, would have been quicker to make a doctors appointment

At first great experience but I used the wisp doctor to treat a uti. I have them chronically. They prescribed a medication I don’t normally take but I was like well I will try and the next day I developed severe hives. I notified the doctor immediately that I need to get another medication due to the fact I was obviously allergic . They told me I would have to start over which of course means PAY ANOTHER 65.00 FEE….in order to change medications. At this point I might as well have gone to urgent care. It’s all about the $$ and not about health of patient. Not sure why I expected different.

Really disappointed and frustrated going to deactivate my account I spent more money here than I would have if I went to a doctor twice and got my medication. I got sent to get tests and then was told they were wrong after $500 of waste and still wouldn’t get prescription and symptoms got worse I got sicker and 3 weeks later they were like ok here take the medicine. I feel like this was the worst medical decision I have taken no doctor or who ever is on this website takes you seriously.

By day 3 i ended up feeling so nauseous and sick. Massive headache and dizzy. This medicine isnt for me.

They advertise same day pickup for emergency contraceptive, but both pharmacies it was sent to was out of stock. Now I'm outside of the window for taking it. Fingers crossed, I guess.

I reached out and waited 2hrs to be seen via video as I put in order for emergency contraceptive “ELLA” which is time sensitive meds that needs to be taken within 5 days of unprotected sex. I reached out to support and finally was able to get seen. I was told I could pick up my prescription same day however when reached out to pharmacy they stated they could not give me the prescription so I reached back out to WISP as I knew my clock was ticking. When I reached out and explained customer support emailed back as that is only way to contact company and stated that there was national shortage due to manufacture which this information was shared during my appointment, nor is it listed on their website . I was told that due to this national shortage I could try to call around to see if a pharmacy has it or they could refund me. No one has this medication, when I told them refund me another customer support specialist responded stating that according to their policies I couldn’t be refunded since they sent prescription over although they knowing sent a prescription that is experience a national shortage due manufacture so I was not successful in getting filled and stated that I could save the medication for later use once I get it filled. Like how insensitive!!! I paid my money so to prevent a pregnancy and now you’re saying save it for later use , what if due to the fact that I was counting on this medication as extra precaution however was not told truth regarding availability I am pregnant what later are you suggesting ? After the 9 months? This was my first time every using this site and I am highly dissatisfied in the level of customer service, the level of empathy shown and overall usability. 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMED!!! I am still responding to emails trying to get refund because this is ridiculous!!! Maybe I should reach out to CEO to get some level of progress because wow!

However most assuredly deleting this review with bolster the case logged here: Bad Faith practices Check out their bullshit incentive statement they know their worthless liars at least I owr a studio that generates content time to get busy against Wisp!
