Ordered a consult for an exposure to STI. Paid, waited 3 days for any answer or communication. The only time I received any communication is when I reached out to now that I have asked for a refund they are answering that, even though my receipt says “wispcare consult” I can’t have a consult (which I don’t even care), the problem is that no medication has been sent to my pharmacy nor have I received anything by mail. So basically I donated $39 for nothing

My prescription was never filled I have been waiting on it since Monday and supposedly they keep calling Walgreens but no answer I’ve sent over another pharmacy Walgreens again and they are having problems

This service was presented as a way to save on out of pocket prescription costs, but when I went to the pharmacy, I was charged the same amount as if I had used the prescription my doctor called in. I paid $25 for this company to collect and sell my data, and I’m still paying full price to fill my prescription. This is a predatory business and I will be reporting it.

If you choose a specific birth control pill, they’ll substitute it for a different brand without even telling you. I found no disclaimers on their website or during the checkout process that they do this. The doctor never said it during our video call. They refuse to give me the specific brand that I paid for or give me a refund. $100 down the drain for a brand of birth control that I’m not going to use.

i been trying all day to get ahold of wisp to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy and i have only received an email that the Dr will get back to me and i still haven’t heard from anyone it’s been over 4 hours!

I was scammed. I paid 27$ and went to pick up my prescription. They told me the provider was invalid and that I could no longer get my prescription. They said the provider did not exist. I will tell everyone to not use wisp.

This must be a scam. I ordered medication thinking it would be faster than getting into my doctor and it still hasn’t shipped 8 days later (was promised in 3-5 days). They won’t offer a refund either. Don’t waste your time.
