My order was supposed to take 3-5 business days for delivery, the products have not arrived yet, but according to tracking they will be delivered 10 business days after I placed my order. I thought this would be a convenient time saver, but I should've just gone to a doctor in town for fast, likely cheaper service and symptom relief.

Never sent product

My experience was not good. Reached out due to UTI but they wanted me to go buy a urinalysis because I didn’t have a burning symptom. At that point I should just find a store with a clinic. The last time when I found out I had a UTI at my annual I did not have a burning sensation. Not everybody will have all the “ so called” symptoms.

I did not even receive any services from this company. They charged me for absolutely nothing. I have not and will not ask them to do anything for me. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK..NO SERVICES PROVIDED.

Literally took my money and scammed gonna upload a story time on this website and hope it goes viral for being a shit website thanks.

The company expected me to snap a pill in half daily that was so large and impossible to half without making a huge mess. It was next to impossible to snap in half equally and without crushing the pill into pieces even with a pill cutter. Ridiculous

My prescription still has not arrived at the pharmacy despite two different emails claiming it is there.

The worst thing ever. False advertisement tells you can order your prescription and it gets delivered to you the same day, nope not true, what they don’t tell you is a doctor reviews it and then denies you your medication(even though it’s pregnancy safe). It’s discrimination they will only accept prescriptions being filled for women who are not pregnant. It’s dangerous for me to go a long time without my prescription I can’t be seen by my primary bc they are backed up in appointments so I won’t be seen for weeks and the hellowisp doctors just put me at risk of miscarriage. If I wasn’t pregnant they would’ve sent it to the pharmacy. This whole thing is a scam. The adds say you don’t need a doctor visit just order the medication you know you need and it’ll be sent to you the same day. They failed to mention a doctor reviews it and then will probably deny it. I’m going to be suing hellowisp for false advertising and malpractice. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money. Whole thing is a pice of garbage and a scam.
