This is scam, they won’t send anything to you or your local pharmacy and take forever to get back to you with a solution, if you want to waste your time and money this is the right place.

They canceled my prescription and still haven't refund me my money

I didn't even want to leave 1 star. I messaged the doctor after my 3rd day of Antibiotics that I had exactly the same symptoms, it took 1 day for a response with an offer to be sent to a lab for further testing, yet here we are another day later with still no response or an order to go to a lab. I reached out to support and they hit me back with a response that my message has been forward to the doctor it can take up to 2 days for a response. With the visit plus meds cost I spent $100 and I'm in the same condition when I started this fiasco 5 days ago. A complete waste of money, time and pain for no reason. This place is a joke!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this site if you need immediate results. There are other platforms that are cheaper and you get active immediate responses.

I placed an order for pharmacy pick up. Immediately after placing the order I noticed it was the wrong medication. I contacted support to cancel Immediately after placing the order.. It took support 4 days and 4 different attempts to get back to me. Since support took almost a week to contact me back the medication had already been called in and they can not refund or cancel. Absolute trash for customer service and support timeline follow through.

I’m writing this review to share my disappointing experience with this company’s handling of a simple UTI treatment. I was prescribed a 3-day course of Bactrim DS, which I immediately questioned. I was told this was based on CDC guidelines—though I’ve been unable to find any CDC recommendation supporting a 3-day course for this medication when it comes to UTIs. I was also told to reach back out if further treatment was needed. Unfortunately, the 3-day prescription was ineffective. I remained symptomatic and reached back out multiple times—through the chat system and then via email, since there is no working phone number. Despite clear communication and even sharing updated test strip results showing the infection was still present, my messages were initially ignored. When I finally received a response via email, I was told the clinical team would follow up. They did not. I followed up again and was then told by customer service that they could not assist me further. Only four days after I initially reached out for continued support did a clinician finally respond—well after my symptoms had worsened and the treatment window had lapsed. At this point, I requested a refund, explaining that I paid for a service that did not resolve the issue and that follow-up support was not provided in a timely or effective manner. I was told that because they “delivered the service,” no refund would be issued—even though that service resulted in zero clinical improvement and delays in care. In short, I paid $65 for a prescription that was ineffective, received no meaningful follow-up despite asking for it multiple times, and was told my case was closed. I do not recommend this company based on the lack of clinical responsiveness, the poor customer support, and the refusal to take accountability for failed care.

PIs stop making ads on sound cloud. I'm a minor and it makes me insanely uncomfortable. I do not care if your having trouble "hitting it" while yr "getting it down". Thx.

Six days later I’m still waiting for my RX, my card was charged, I received a message from you guys that the RX would be sent yet I’m still waiting - kinda defeats the whole purpose of this site. No?

I never received the prescription I ordered from this website. Make sure you call your local pharmacy before ordering just to be sure what you're ordering is available. This was a waste of money and time.
