I have insurance and a provider but I’m also 49 and know when I have a UTI. I started experiencing symptoms late one afternoon and could not be seen at an urgent care and my doctors office was closed. Paying to have a rx written and sent to my pharmacy was amazing!! I was able to get treatment immediately and not wait for a physicians office. The process was easy, quick, and ultimately painless!! I highly recommend this service.

The postal service lost my package and I contacted Wisp thinking there was really nothing they would do (as it wasn't their fault) but to my surprise they were happy to resend a new package out free of charge. That's great customer service. I was so appreciative that I will be a customer for life.

The response from the provider and prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy was so quick. The site was easy to use and I was able to do something in 30 minutes time that would have taken well over an hour in the office. Thank you Wisp!
