I needed my prescription on Sunday but the pharmacy never received it therefore I couldn’t get the medicine I needed on time. Sent an email to get help and didn’t get a response either, terrible service. Ohh and they we’re charging me $65 for a pill that luckily I was able to find somewhere else for $6

I was super excited for this but received no help and felt very uncared for by the Drs after asking for help. Extremely disappointed in the service I received and will no longer be recommending this to anyone.

They left the chat open for 12 hrs when i needed antibiotics urgently, had to admit to an ED in the morning to get them. Still have not heard back regarding my refund

I was told that I could use my insurance for my copay at the pharmacy by a Wisp representative. When I went to pick it up the pharmacy told me they would not take insurance for prescriptions that came from Wisp. When I asked for a refund for my prescription the Wisp rep said they couldn't help me out. So they have my money and I still have no medication. Bad communication from start to finish. I do not recommend.

There is a verification process that takes place after they take whatever funds they need for the medication out of your account. You can be denied the medication you request, they will “void” the charge & it can take up to 10 business days to receive your money back. All of that can be avoided by making the customer go through that screening process prior to pulling their funds out of their accounts. Very bait and switch.

I sat here for over an hour putting in the information that they requested. I can't get it to send! It won't go anywhere! I reviewed all my info, it's all correct, yet it will not go anywhere or do anything!!

I have no idea if Firm up works or not for me because the pump on the plastic bottle is faulty, and this isn’t the kind of container that you can just twist the cap off of and scoop out. It’s understandably sealed to prevent contamination, but no matter what I do, I can’t get anything out. I’ve tried emailing support about this, but have yet to hear back. Really disappointed to receive no response for a product that costs so much money.
