Treatment on here is non existent. You show you can treat people for chlamydia and other STD’s but you can’t prescribe or treat someone with an antibiotic for someone who did a test strip and came out positive for a UTI. How do you test for STD’s on the website and provide medications to patients without seeing them or a test?? But a positive UTI you can’t get an antibiotic what a joke! I found help elsewhere on another website and I will be getting my antibiotics tomorrow without having to go see a Doctor as I was informed to do on this website! I hope you tell your STD clients the same thing!! Glad I was able to find help somewhere else. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to stay away from your site.

Attempted to use Wisp on 5-1-25 as a quick way to get a medication I needed to clear an infection. My prescription was quickly approved but then my order was cancelled and reprocessed three times over the following days without my doing. I contacted support to figure out what was going on but did not receive a response. I decided to receive the medication I needed through other means. It is now 5-13-25 and I have yet to receive the medication from Wisp or a response to my initial support request. I sent another message to support requesting a refund, which they responded to quite quickly and denied my request. They simply said I would be receiving the medication “shortly”. I would not recommend to someone needing their medication in a timely manner.

Getting my prescription refilled (subscription for every three months) has been a nightmare both times. I’ve had to contact support each time. This time, I have a string of over 10 emails sent back and forth and still having issues. In fact, when my friend asked me where I got my birth control, I said “I’m so glad you didn’t ask me two weeks ago because I would’ve recommended them. After all these issues I definitely would NOT go with wisp.”

Waste of time. I ordered Zofran once because I tend to get a little nauseous before my period. I thought it would be convenient to do the auto delivery option. Well, think again. I didn’t know you can only get 10 ODT every 90 days. What a joke! How’s that helpful? I tried to place another order and it was cancelled. I get a message from an NP saying while telehealth is a great option, it’s not for everyone, and that if I’m having this problem regularly, I need to be seen in person by my doctor. Also, Zofran has many side effects if taken regularly—which yes, I know. But taking it 1-2x a month won’t be harmful. I have been seen by my doc about this and gotten Zofran in the past. But I figured, hey, it might be more convenient to get it from Wisp. Apparently not. Why even have an auto delivery option if you don’t want people to utilize it? I mean, isn’t the whole point of telehealth for convenience? Isn’t this the reason why they even exist?

DONT DO IT! I took Norethindrone Acetate to skip a period and the cramps were excruciating!!! When my period came there was a lot of clotting and pain. I would not recommend this at all. It was to the point that I thought I needed to go to the ER and I scheduled a doctor’s appointment to have blood withdrawn. My WBC count is high and fighting off infection caused by these pills

This is 100% a scam. Don’t buy the reviews or praise. It’s a scam. I bought into this, sent all the relevant information, just to have someone tell me I need an in person consultation with a doctor. So, what’s the point of this ‘product?’ Oh, and no refund, of course. Save your money. Save your time and dignity. Go elsewhere.
