Don’t do it,I’m about to dispute this charge because first off I didnt know I had to provide a doctor chart etc,I might have well as gone to my doctor.. Second is it won’t allow me to log in and how do I get a refund because I can’t get this order.. Update they made me go through all this to ask for my id and a pic of my face and then I was told that I can’t get it,now I’m concerned about fraud because why couldn’t I get a $40 pill to delay my period?Should have gone to my doctor but I’ll have to freeze my credit just incase this is fraudulent ..

Unless you are 100% sure their product will work, it's probably an OK site, otherwise, shop elsewhere. I ordered their OMG! Cream, and contacted them 10 days after receipt yelling them it was basically useless and was told 'no refunds' as (their) doctor OK'd it. Doesn't sound like a reputable company to me! You have been warned!

Be aware of incorrect charges and them notifying you of orders not going through then them double charging you. They do not have a process for insuring multiple subscriptions are not sent and the questionnaire ensuring you still need the medication is a fraud. I have had charge issues as well as been sent and charged a medication that was part of the family of medications I indicated I was allergic to. I notified them of this and they still charged me for an unauthorized refill. This platform is a money grab.

The absolute worst customer service ever. It’s actually unreal.

I wish I could give 0 stars. From start to finish my treatment took about a month to be resolved with little to NO communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible customer service. Had set up the auto- renewal and it would constantly text me that it wasn’t correct. Would have to answer questions about sexual health when the medicine is for nausea. Had went to renew it last month and it texted me so much to reply that it caused the system to deny my refill. I have found another service that charges less and it’s not a constant pain and annoyance. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Wisp is a total rip off. I was willing to pay a premium price for convenience and speed as I had a minor cold sore outbreak in very long time. I was in panic mode and paid $76 for a 5 day supply of Valacyclovir (Valtrex) and it still took over 48 hours for them to even send to my pharmacy. I decided to order another 5 day supply for future outbreaks thinking it would be lower price if I just used their "free" delivery service and still cost me $70. I ordered this on 6/19 and won't be delivered until 6/27 - 8 DAYS. On a whim I decided to message my primary doctor for same reason - getting script for future outbreaks. He sent the script and was ready at my pharmacy within a couple hours - 30 day supply for $7.50!! Will never be using Wisp again.
