Don’t expect ANY ASSISTANCE if you need it. I gave 2 stars because when I ordered mail prescription I had no problems. However on Thursday night I requested the script be sent to my pharmacy because I wanted my meds quicker. Then next morning CVS says they are waiting to speak to the provider. I promptly sent a message to Wisp asking them to call, by noon someone responded sure we’ll call. No one did. Sent another message that night. Basically repeat this charade several more times. It’s been 3 days- no one has spoken to my pharmacy- and they won’t issue a refund. I don’t know what is so difficult about my request but they are playing games. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Their pricing structure is deceitful. They say that if you subscribe to for BV treatments it's $15/month. What they're really saying. Is it's $45 for one 7 day course and you pay that every three months OR you pay $65 for a one time treatment. Saying $15 a month is deceitful. Also the partner treatment ended up being more expensive than my own. It was important to treat him, but the total we both ended up spending to receive the BV antibotics, flucanozole and clindamycin cream was about $350 after all as said and done.

Process is fairly simple. But I ordered my prescription months ago and there was a problem with receiving it. I reached out to the team and they were not helpful or concerned for my satisfaction. To this day, I have not received my prescription. I asked for a refund and its "against policy"

For feminine health issues that often require urgent responses, this experience was ridiculously slow. While yes, I got what I needed - hence the two stars - “same day” actually means within 24 hours and my request wasn’t reviewed until hour 23.5. Definitely saving my money next time and just going to urgent care for anything that requires a timely response. For things that you don’t need quickly, this service works fine.

Each response takes at least 24 hrs. You can not speak to anyone in REAL time. An urgent care would’ve been cheaper and quicker. My meds were called into the wrong pharmacy after stressing the change several times. There’s no way to change the pharmacy in the portal. Each reply from the provider takes 24 hrs each.

I dont know whats happening? pharmacy say waiting on my doctor, what does that mean? I thought this was going to be an easy process?

I’ve been trying to get treated for almost a month. Went in for labs as requested, which were $1,200 because I don’t have insurance. Results were in a they just messaged me, here are your results, no explanation. I’ve been trying to get questions answered for 3 weeks and they still skip over things and don’t address everything. I’m extremely frustrated. I emailed their support and they just had them respond to me and it still wasn’t a full response. They’ve asked for my permission to charge my meds, I approved. Now I’m being asked to complete a form again. Extremely frustrated customer! I just need a single question answered and a prescription. Gah!

Typically I don’t have issues but this time my prescription wasn’t fulfilled and the pharmacy did not communicate, nor Wisp, of any issues. I called for an update, the pharmacy explained not having the full quantity amount available so the pharmacy asked me to wait. I waited 5 days and the pharmacy don’t have the full quantity so they gave me partial of my subscription. Wisp never communicated any issues or updates and should specify estimates of any additional charges or issues with the prescriptions after paying with the platform.
