I was due to get my period while I was on vacation, so I ordered the meds to postpone it. That process was easy. However, it did not stop my period from coming, it was lighter but I still got it for 5 days. I kept taking the meds bc I didn’t know what would happen if I stopped. Once they were done, I got my period again. So for the past 16 days, I’ve had my period for 10 days. Would not recommend. AT ALL

If I could leave zero stars, I would I have been waiting for over four days for the prescription uncomfortable and they are not doing anything to fix the issue

I’m so angry. I wanted the pills for my vacation and selected same day delivery to my pharmacy. The pills are being delivered and expected to be here the day I return to work. Never again!!

Order still hasn’t shipped, place on 7/23, in need of meds now

We were unable to complete the process because we couldn’t find my driver’s license. I received treatment elsewhere but I was still charged by HelloWisp. This is really upsetting because I didn’t want to believe all the negative comments about this company on Reddit and around the web.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered my prescription 2 days ago and still haven’t heard from the wisp team nor the farmacy what a waste of time and money! I hope I get refunded

I used this site once to get medication and had no problem. I then tried to get the same medication refilled and I must have received at least 10 to 15 emails from this company changing the amount they could give me, changing the price and then another one telling me it would only be six dollars, which was not correct. I then attempted to contact customer service and you cannot get anybody live on the phone. All you can do is leave a voicemail. WISP also advertises live chat, but I could not find it on their website, at least not while accessing it on my cell phone. I also received multiple messages from a Doctor Who after going all through this tells me that I need to go through a consultation for this medication even though I had it before. By the way, I did get one VOICE Mail back from their customer service department, and you cannot even understand what the person was saying except that I believe at one point, she said that she cannot help me. On top of all this, I kept on getting prompts to complete a health questionnaire which I had already completed but they took me to a woman's section asking about my period and I'm a male. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but it's been a terrible experience. I ended up contacting my own doctor and found out that the medication I needed was like 1/5 of Price of WISP. You guys really need to look into fixing your system here. I'm not sure why the first time I had no problems and this time was a terrible experience.

They prescribed me Slynd, a name brand birth control medication that most insurances will not cover. Out of pocket is over $200. They told me to contact the pharmacy/ insurance to see what alternatives they would cover or pay out of pocket. I make all the necessary phone calls, then they refuse to prescribe any generic brand medications my insurance would cover. I had to pay a $40 copay with my pcp to get a different prescription after I paid wisp $30. They should refund my money since they weren’t able to service me. I thought wisp would be quick and easy but wasted my time and money. Do not recommend. A telehealth visit with urgent care or your pcp is way easier.
