Ok the first time I ordered, I tried to cancel because the medical questionnaire made me leary but wow…great stuff. Didn't even have to wait for it to work, it heated up instantly and was effective. I reordered And I don’t know what was sent but it’s not the same at all!! Does not heat up instantly or in half hour….does NOTHING….this is not the same product at all.

They will not give you the medication you request. Instead there are DO’s not MD’s who will give you whatever they want. I paid for a bundle after I did the online symptom assessment and was charged full price, not given the discount and was only given one of the meds. Then after messaging for two days had to take off work again to go and get the other medication. There are other online docs that are more helpful, knowledgeable, and less expensive.

The medication wasn’t accepted at the pharmacy. Even though the pharmacy was accepted on the online, they couldn’t fulfill the order and I ended up having to pay for it twice.

My test kit was delivered missing its test tubes. $150 for an incomplete test kit. Rip off!!!

Arrived after my period started so i wasted my money and still have to deal with my period on my birthday…

Made an order for uti antibiotics super early in the morning. It’s now almost 3pm and the pharmacy can’t verify the credentials of the doctor working with wisp. There’s no customer service number, and the email support is a joke. They do no refunds or cancellations so at this point I feel like I’ve been scammed.
