The way you communicate with your patients is so important. I felt unseen and uncared for. The way that I had to repeat myself over and over and keep waiting so long for any response was horrible. They’re claiming I cannot get a refund but can discard of my medicine safely even tho I can’t even get the medicine!!!

You have collected my $39.00 from my bank account yet I am getting a message saying order is not complete. This is very aggravating I am not happy. Just send what i paid for. Or return my money to my account
