Would not recommend this company is a scam. I was charged 25 for them to send a prescription for over 200 for birth control pills that I could get way less at my local health department don’t waste your time or money with this company not worth it

I still have not received my rx after messaging back and forth for five days. I’ve requested escalation and a refund and I still haven’t received either.

My prescription was changed without my knowledge, and they sent me something that I am unable to use due to my core beliefs and trauma triggers. I have a simple infection that I will not be able to heal, and it will likely end up killing me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH OR ARE WILLING TO PUT THINGS IN YOUR BODY THROUGH ANY AND ALL METHODS!

It took very long for my request to be reviewed. Then even though the prescription was "sent," the pharmacy did not receive it. There's no responsive customer care whatsoever. I feel I was scammed with no recourse for a reimbursement. I ended up needing to get a health appt for another doctor. A 72 hour + turnaround time is way too long for a UTI at which point the pain is unbearable and the infection can spread.

Horrible experience, requested Zofran because of bad nausea. They sent it in the mail which never requested, they don’t let you change you pharmacy on file. Had to buy again to get sent to pharmacy, cost was significantly different. For the same item, then when it shipped it was supposed to get here on a Saturday and it’s not here. Today is Tuesday and still no package. Will not ever shop again.

They will continue to charge your card without sending you any receipts and make it impossible for you to get in touch with them or cancel charges that you did not improve. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Go to the doctors or urgent care. These people market 24 hours when mistakes days. Someone do a class action law suit
