It was easy to get signed up and fill out the information, so convenient and quick! A great experience with the doctor. I started the whole process as a new user of Wisp, had prescription in hand and was on my way to gettin my lady land some much needed relief in less than 2 hours. That is amazing and such a breath of feminine care fresh air! (Two things that- let’s be honest don’t usually don’t go together) When you’re not feeling well the last thing you want to do is sit in a doctor’s office. Or, if you’re like me and travel a lot for work, your main option in the out of town situation is to sit in an Urgent Care office for hours and then await a prescription to be called in. I can think of countless better ways to spend an evening. For me I decided to try Wisp for the first time because I was facing my usual bi-annual mega UTI that came on like a freight train with no desirable stops in sight other than every 5 seconds to the bathroom. Urgh. I didn’t want to waste my night at urgent care and during my work day filled out the info and sent it into Wisp. I must say I was really happy with the experience. The website is well designed and easy to use. The doctors who messaged me were professional and courteous and very quick to respond even though it was late in the evening. To use you simply fill out what issue you’re having, explain symptoms, answer some other basic medical questions, basic info about yourself, send in a copy of your license to confirm ID- and hit submit! It walks you through it all so nicely, it’s a very easy to use and seamless process. Then a doctor will review your information and request and they keep you updated in the portal as to your case’s status. They don’t accept insurance. You pay up front but in my case it covered the doctor’s consultation and the prescription. Less than half the cost of a visit to the doctor! I have already told my colleagues about Wisp and will be telling others.
