The cost is a little pricey. Or maybe misleading. First month free, paid $45, received 1 prescription. 2 months later I requested the same medicine and had to pay another $45. I still don’t understand what was free.

The product works great, and would recommend it to anyone who asks. I gave the review 4 stars because the pump for the cream is not effective. Having called several times I've been told there is some magic button you have to push, well after a few orders of using it, I still haven't found that magic button, and thus I have to take it apart to be able to use it; which requires Superman's strength.

Besides this being amazing for women with reoccurring bv they have a customer service team that should go down in the hall of fame. I have never had a problem that they didn’t fix. So grateful! I would give 5 stars but I wish they had an option to receive medication monthly instead of every 3 months but that’s the only complaint I have! If you’re thinking about trying them, do it!!

I am very happy about this service. I am a single mom, and the last thing I want to do is drag my kids to the Dr. office for a script for a yeast infection. Especially now during COVID-19, some offices won’t even allow addition people in the office outside of the patient. It was very convenient to order my medications on hellowwisp.com, and I picked them up at the pharmacy a few hours later. I only have one complaint, and that is that it is a little tricky to get ahold of someone by phone. There is no telephone number listed anywhere on their website. I ended up having to look at my banking statement for a phone number listed by the charge, and was able to get ahold of someone that way.

Seems like a good concept and I got my prescription quickly. Only issue is that I couldn't find anywhere on the site how many pills would be in my order. I figured out why they don't advertise that when it came in... 10 pills. Not such a great deal after all. edit: They did reach out to explain and offered more help.

Just picked up my order of Metronidazole. Ordered it today and was able to get it in a few hours. Very convenient. Had an issue with amount paid. Customer service was responsive and attentive.
