Prescription took forever. They sent my birthdate incorrectly. Customer service is only through email. The medication I needed could only be taken certain days so hopefully I'm not pregnant bow from their mistakes causing days of delays. Be cautious of this website!!! Oh they make you pay for the script and then you have to pay more for the medication!

I used wisp because they advertised a prescription in 3 hours or less. I waited around in pain, all day. Nothing. After 8 hours, I wrote in and was told to wait. I said how much pain I’m in and I was assured I’d be prescribed by a doctor soon within 24 hours. Had they have just been honest from the start, I wouldn’t have had to suffer in pain while waiting (they didn’t have a doctor to prescribe me even after 48 hours). Don’t waste your time. Highly unethical business.

This medication caused my whole face to have bumps all over it. The acne texture is unlike my skin. I hope this side effect goes away now that I have started my period one day after stopping this medication.

Do not use this company. They are seemingly deceptive regarding all of their policies with age, exploit the vulnerability of patients and provide scripted responses through various patient reps rather than a streamlined customer complaint platform with dedicated managers or doctors. I thought they were legit but after reading more reviews and having my experience I realize they are anything but exceptional.

I completed everything and no provide contacted me! For me to speak with them, They just denied the refill. Which I’m confused about and disappointed.

It was not clear that there would be another payment for the pill once I got to the pharmacy.

I came down with a UTI while on vacation and Wisp seemed to offer a viable telehealth solution. I paid the consultation fee and within a few hours received an email about my prescription having been sent to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to confirm and was told they had nothing on file at any location. I called multiple times throughout the day and was told the same thing, that they never received anything from Wisp and there were 0 prescription orders on file for me. I reached out to Wisp and was told that they would check, and was assured that the prescription had been sent. More calls to the pharmacy, only to be told that nothing had been sent by Wisp. Wisp was very slow to respond on their end, and ultimately I went home from my vacation with a nasty UTI on a 3 hour flight. The next day I went in to my PCP and was able to finally receive care. I reached out to Wisp because 24 hours later, the pharmacy confirmed they never received anything from Wisp at any point in time at any location and was told that their “services” are not refundable. I’ve found them to be a complete scam and do not recommend them whatsoever.
