This very simple process has been put into place and it's just wonderful to have this medical option available. I had a cold sore outbreak on Thanksgiving and was dreading the fact I was going to have to wait until the weekends over to see an UC doc. Luckily, I came upon Wisp online and gave it a try. Like I said before, it was super easy. I got a doc on the phone 1 day after outbreak. I did a sch telehealth appt online with a medical bot and it actually was easy and helpful. Then after review I was approved for treatment and prescribed generic Valtrex, but before this the bot asked me if I prefer brand name or generic and if I wanted Acyclivor or Valtrex. I was also asked if I wanted the Acyclivor lidocaine cream too which helps with the pain which I declined but it was wonderful that they even asked me those additional questions to add them to my prescription. Prescription was instantly sent to my designated pharmacy and I was able to pick it up same-day. As you can tell I highly recommend giving Wisp a try and you won't be disappointed.
