I received my meds very quickly.

I love the fact that medications are mailed and very confidential. The website is confusing and is not capable of editing information such as payments. Also, the dosage is not available for certain medications.

I used this service back when I didn't have insurance which was a huge help. Since I didn't have a primary care physician getting reoccurring Rx's was difficult but I was able to get my prescription refilled for over a year though wisp and didn't have to waste the extra money visiting urgent care all the time. I did have an issue with the customer service when I emailed them regarding an issue updating my cc info but afterwards they went out of their way to reach out to me by phone to try and resolve the problem.

The service is almost perfect. but some app issue (I always face I can't schedule change via app) and doctor answers me same thing. Please fix the scheduling function.

Hello, I found your service to be somewhat convenient. My only complaint was that there was not a self service feature I was able to locate in your portal in order to discontinue automatic refill prescriptions. I had to contact someone to cancel.

Hello Wisp is a great place to get products that you don't have to see your Dr. about. It's very private. This is the real deal. No scam.

I absolutely LOVE this service however it is quite expensive. Definitely worth the money though!

Awesome to have the ability to do a virtual check. Everything was quick and easy. I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy within 24hrs. Only reason for four stars is wisp is a bit more pricey than other online wellness sites that I found later.
