Trash, will not return

I was horrified to find out it terminated my pregnancy. This is very deceptive. I thought it kept me from getting pregnant, not terminating pregnancy

Kept cancelling and reactivating my order and hasn't issued my refund as asked

I went to the pharmacy and they did not have my prescription. There’s not an option to call Wisp to speak to someone which is incredibly inconvenient. You have to send a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I sent a message to my provider and we’re going on day 2 and no one has let me know if the situation has been resolved. By the time I get my prescription, I probably won’t even need it anymore. I also sent a message to customer service about changing the location of my pharmacy and updating my date of birth which is incorrect on my profile. The agent who responded told me to reach out to my new pharmacy for the transfer but mentioned nothing of the incorrect date of birth.

I placed an order for delivery with the expectation it would arrive within 3-5 days, as advertised. Given this was a period delay product, I needed to receive this in time, otherwise it would be too late to delay my upcoming period. I received order confirmation 3 days after my order was placed, saying that I would not receive the product for another 6 days, 9 days after my order was placed. They refused to change the order to my local pharmacy so I could get it in time. Overall, frustrating. If you need something quickly, do not have it delivered. Choose pharmacy pickup instead.

They advertise getting a prescription in 1-2 hours however it has been over 5 hours and my prescription still hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy and my messages are not being response to. Given the pharmacy will close soon I will now have to wait until tomorrow. At this point I could have gotten treatment in the ER faster and not sitting in pain.

I have a UTI and asked for UTI medication. Paid TWO consultation fees just for them to deny me. I even showed a picture with proof of my positive UTI test and still denied. Why offer online UTI meds if you're not gonna give it to people with a positive UTI test? I can tell they're just hungry for money. No refunds given and I'm just confused. I've had UTI's before, showed a positive test, and they wrote me two emails denying me. Seems like a scam to get people to pay their fee, and not even give the needed medication.

The process to have meditation filled is taking longer than normal. This isn’t my first time using Wisp and the last time I used them it didn’t take this long to actually have someone send the medication to the pharmacy. It takes them 2 days to respond back to you when you send a message.
