You always put my prescription into the wrong pharmacy even though I’ve clarified my preferred pharmacy several times. I don’t get why old pharmacies can’t be removed from my account

It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to contact a live agent for help resolving time-sensitive medication issues. Please consider hiring real humans. AI AInt it.

I have been using wisp for a couple of years when I first started it was very fast inconvenient, but I noticed the last two times I have used them, but there has been an issue either with not being able to schedule an appointment are issues with my prescription. I’m not complaining about physician because I live in a state where I expect that to happen but when you get a notification that your prescription has been sent into the pharmacy a person would think that after two days are even a week that in today’s technology, there should be able to pick up your medication.

Would recommend other medical apps instead. They are helpful at times. However, lots of spam and they at times take between 6-18 hours to let you know if they can’t help you.

Better to do telehealth with insurance and zero dollars copay for visit and meds

The process is somewhat confusing but support is very helpful and easy to work with.

I like the fact that once I revived my results it was easy for me to get a prescription for treatment. However, it took nearly a week to receive the test kit which was much longer than anticipated.

Edit: a supervisor from the company did reach out to me and refunded the $22 and apologized for the misunderstanding and said that they were going to strive to make it more clear that there could be more cost at the pharmacy. I do appreciate that and I hope in the future it is clearer on the website. Make sure you read every bit of the fine print. When selecting my birth control it had a price of $22 on it. It took payment quickly and then proceeded with the questionnaire and then my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I get to the pharmacy and it's $144 even with goodrx. I was under the assumption that the $22 was for the birth control since as you're going through the options they're all different prices. I've used other sites and what they listed as the price, was the price. I asked for a refund but was refused. They said the $22 is just for the prescription processing which is kind of funny, seeing has how the pill has a different price. I won't be using them again
