I still don’t have my second meds I ordered like a month ago . Not a good experience

I paid for subscription, which was fast and easy, but then got charged again at pharmacy almost doubling the price. Also used a discount code that was removed to change order that wasnt changed. So it was a little confusing. Affordable because no doctor visits but hidden charges a little daunting

My pharmacy won’t release the birth control to me because insurance needs reasoning on why I need it. Wisp doesn’t work with insurance so I can’t pick it up. I’ve asked for a refund and to cancel the subscription and the Wisp team said no, they can’t do that. I can’t pick up my birth control unless I want to pay $200 out of pocket even with Good Rx. This is basically a scam at this point. I don’t recommend going through Wisp for birth control.

My prescription wasn’t called in for days so very disappointed. I understand the holidays are extremely busy but when you need your prescription filled , you hope that it’s done quickly .

I’ve used Wisp in the past for fast care (anything to skip a trip to urgent care) and have typically received a response and script sent to my pharmacy within 2 hours. Every minute is excruciating with a UTI. This time, it took them 8 hours to call the prescription to the pharmacy, at which point it was closed. In desperation, I used treatmyuti.com at the two hour mark, and they called in my medications and followed up within 90 minutes. I don’t know why it took so long, but thankfully other sites like it are out there.

The response time is honestly terrible. Which is unsafe for time sensitive treatment. I put in a request for antibiotics and I reached out several times and sent emails with no response for days. I finally reached out to the pharmacy and they said they’ve also been trying to reach the doctor. WISP would be 10/10 if they could work on their customer service and response times

I feel like the testing was really slow. Took quite a while from ordering to getting results. I had time to go to the dr and get a prescription way faster. If things were overnighted would heavily improved the experience.

I was not contacted within 24 hours. I was not contacted at all until after I asked for a refund then within 30 minutes a prescription was sent. That is the only reason I did not give them one star. Because I did get a prescription finally. But I will not be using this service again. If you say you will get a response within 24 hours then you should be able to get a response without having to go after a refund. Very disappointed.
